You will participate in various stages and activities of the Real Estate Process, and in a few months you will be able to master them to start working with full responsibility and become the best support for the sales team.

Job description

You will be responsible for the reception and general maintenance of the assigned office, as well as providing support to the Sales Team.

Specific functions to be carried out

- Reception of clients and telephone calls and recording of relevant data.
- Keeping the office tidy.
- Taking responsibility for all office material (paper, coffee, drinks ....).
- Requesting documentation from landlords, notaries and registry office.
- Trying to keep all property documentation up to date.
- Registering and deregistering properties in the CRM system.
- Keeping track of all property keys deposited in the office.
- Coordinate sessions with the photographer.
- Provide all the information and carry out all the procedures requested by the Advisors.

Requirements

- Good presence and fluency in English.
- Fluency in the most common office packages and computer programs.
- Be tidy and organised.
- Preferably resident in the area.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable professional experience in a similar position.
