The post modernist style house was designed by the architect Josep Danés i Torras and is included in the inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Sitges. With a square floor plan and 330 m2 built, it is structured in first floor, second floor and attic. It has incredibly high ceilings and a hipped roof. The property is located on a main street surrounded by houses of the same style and similar periods.
On the first floor, which is accessed through the main door on the front facade of the house or through the service side nearest the kitchen, we find a large living room with fireplace that has two exit doors to the outside, a fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry room, open to the living room but with a sliding glass door that allows independence when necessary, a room that can be used as a living room, office or bedroom and a bathroom. From the kitchen there is access to the porch at the back of the house, next to the pool. The porch has a large coventry that will make it easy to use as a summer dining room.
