In the Terramar neighborhood of Sitges we rent this large, semi-detached and furnished house during the winter months (September to June). The property has a large garden with a privare pool and a pergola. The house is located a few meters from the beach.

On the ground floor we find the day area. It has a living room with fireplace and an exit to the garden. From this space we access the dining room which also has access to the garden. The dining room connects with the kitchen through a small living room to watch television. The kitchen has a central island, a pantry space and access to a patio. On the same floor we find an en-suite room that has a dressing room, an office and access to the garden. Finally, we find a toilet that serves the floor. The large garden has a space with a pergola and changing rooms that acts as a summer dining room.

On the first floor is the night area and is made up of four double bedrooms en suite with built-in wardrobes. The first room has four beds. The second room has a double bed. Finally, we find two rooms connected to each other, one with a double bed and the other with two beds.

The house also has a solarium on the roof.

We have an additional room with three beds and a bathroom that serves the basement.

The garage is located in the basement and has capacity for 4 cars. In this space we find an en-suite room with several beds for the service. Additionally, we find several storage rooms and a guest toilet.

The house is located in the Terramar neighborhood of Sitges. It is a very quiet area a short distance from the beach and the golf course.
